Business Wodonga is proud to be announce that we have been successfully awarded a $20,000 grant from the Victorian Government to engage with and support local multicultural businesses

The grant will enable Business Wodonga to deliver activities that help participants to enhance their business skills and learn new ones and provide multicultural businesses with access to networking and connection opportunities.

Business Wodonga gratefully acknowledges the support provided to our organisation for these businesses by the Victorian Government through Business Victoria.

CEO of Business Wodonga, Graham Jenkin said  “This presents a wonderful opportunity for these small business operators to not only develop their businesses, but also to assist them to connect with  the wider business community.  The funding will provide 40 businesses with one- on- one online coaching as well as face to face- to- face workshops and other events. Topics covered will include the tax system, business insurances and business upskilling.”

Mr Jenkin also acknowledges the collaboration with Albury Wodonga Ethnic Community Council whose assistance in connecting the Program with members of their diverse communities will be invaluable in making the project a success.
