Business Wodonga invites you to participate in the Festive Windows Competition, a city-wide celebration of creativity and holiday spirit.
This competition aims to showcase the festive vibrancy of Wodonga’s business community and bring joy to residents and visitors alike.
How to Participate
Registration:
- Send an email to [email protected] to register your business. Please include your logo and a photo of your display to include in the voting survey so the public will know who to vote for.
- Registration is open from December 4 to December 19, 2023.
Decorate Your Window:
- Unleash your creativity and transform your shop or office window into a festive masterpiece.
- Let your imagination run wild with lights, decorations, and holiday themes.
Competition Poster:
- Download and display the provided competition poster with a QR code for public voting.
- The poster will be available upon registration.
Encourage Public Voting:
- Spread the word on social media and encourage your customers to scan the QR code and cast their votes.
- Public voting concludes at 6 pm on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
Judging Criteria:
- Public Vote:
- The winner will be determined by the highest number of public votes received through QR code scanning.
Prizes:
Best Window Display:
- The business with the most popular window display will be awarded a cash prize of $500.
Lucky Voter Prize:
- A lucky voter, chosen at random, will receive a $100 voucher to Wodonga’s La Maison Restaurant.
Winner Announcement:
- The winners will be announced on December 20, 2023.

- The competition is open to all businesses within the Wodonga region.
- Participants must register with Business Wodonga to enter the competition.
- Participants are required to decorate their shop or office windows in a festive theme.
- Decorations must be visible to the public from the exterior of the business premises.
The competition commences on December 4, 2023, and concludes at 6 pm on December 19, 2023.
- Judging will be based on public votes.
- Each participating window will have a poster with a QR code for public scanning and voting.
- Votes can be cast until the competition closes.
Participants are encouraged to promote their entries on their social media channels to garner votes.
- The business with the most popular window display, as determined by public votes, will receive a cash prize of $500.
- One randomly chosen voter will be awarded a $100 voucher to Wodonga’s La Maison Restaurant.
The winners will be announced on Business Wodonga’s official communication channels and website on December 20, 2023.
- Winners will be notified via contact information provided during registration.
- Prizes must be collected within 30 days of the winner announcement.
- Business Wodonga reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
